the sand castle in franklin square has a 135 guarantee for the room upstairs on a sat night.

George Washington manor is perfect. It's the right size for a wedding that's 95-110. It's elegant and the food was great.

Also, the East Wind is great too but I guess I'm partial.

All have minimums lower than 125, plus a lot more I believe.

I'm having my wedding in a restaurant, the great thing is their min, is 30 people, & you only pay for the amountof people that show up... I also work there... so I've loved my place for years...

My wedding -- sunday afternoon in summer -- 75 person guarantee.

I also know Riviera is 100 person guarantee. those are the ones with the smallest guarante. Other ones that have small guarantees: Metropolitan, George Washington Manor
