Rice Roses - Feedback Needed!
I came across an ad in a magazine for Rice Roses - they look really pretty.
Has anyone used them before? Any and all feedback would be appreciated! : )

Hi. I don't know if we're talking about the same thing, but my mom made roses that were filled with bird seed for my Aunt's wedding. All the guests were given one after the ceremony and they were a big hit. She also attached a little note to each of the roses saying the date of the wedding and my Aunt and Uncles name. It was a cute extra momento for the guests to take home. Kristen

I used them for our wedding and they worked out great. I handed out both the bells and the roses. I had red roses that I added tulle and holly to and put them in a basket to give out. Alot of people I noticed still have them at their house as a keepsake. Those little roses hold plenty of birdseed and made a nice spray outside the church :)
Thanks Teresa

Karen-
Boy does it sound like we have similair taste LOL I got them at FantasyLand in Patchogue. There are different price ranges depending on what kind of stem you want. I think mine were less than $1 because I decorated them myself. You should take a ride out there, they would definitely have frames too. I planned half of my wedding from that place! Gina :)

It really does sound like we're on similar wavelengths! Lots of similar ideas - right down to the reception hall!
I'd never heard of that place but will be sure to visit it soon! Thanks - as always - for your words of wisdom! Much appreciated!
