haha yea we went with striped bass because its a family favorite but it was great!...he did it over a lobster risotto.

we are getting soo close!

it was good, we were going to go with swordfish but the chilean sea bass wasssssss a hit.

now im undecided with cake lol

fish was over fresh spinach and lobster risotto

filet had garlic mashed potatos and asparagus bundle

chicken had mixed vegetables

first course we did a 'tower' porrobello mushroom, mozz, tomato,,,repeat... anda salad with pinnoli nuts very good.

he mentioned cake choices very fast to be honest and I should have asked questions because I really dont know.

did u taste the salads??? I am wanting to maybe do the pear salad gerard mentioned...no vegetarian options??? how did u handle cake design...orry to overload u i am just at that totally overhwhelmed point right now!!!

chicken has lil baby roasted potatoes

seriously i never went to a wedding here. no one has had a wedding here that i have invited OR has been to a wedding here- so i am so please about the food - amazing

im so glad i went with them-they were my 2nd stop...my 1st was the Carltun and they weren't available *had my bridal shower there so im content*

they r different imo compared to other places

we tasted the salad we chose...didnt want to taste the options...but im sure you can.

we do have a vegetarian option but didnt have it at teh tasting.

we didnt do cake design yet...bring a picture with you and they can make it...just have to choose inside.

yea im so happy i found the royalton also...i agree, very different than a 'typical' large hall.

I am having my rehearsal dinner at the carltun lol I loved it there also.. I also went and looked at Carlyle (bethpage golf course) loved it..but like royalton more.

haaa um hmm, my HM i didn't book anything yet!!

i went to hawaii in July 15days
August 5days mexicooo
this weekend miami lol

im always on a hm with FH for 10 yrs all we do is travel!

but i do leave the next AM to go somewhere :)

but my friend will do my review and photos i will give her pw info haha

my big hm is going to be next summer
im doing a minimoon 6days somewhere maybe paris? im not worried though lol

what other vendors are u using and any advice for a girl with 3 months to go and very little time to get stuff done!!!

Im not far ahead of you at all...but my advice is do it now and dont put anything off because once i hit 2 months the appointments started really building up
