ok i can't go cause i'm moving into my new place today and i have so much cooking to do for easter plus cleaning to go. I'm sorry that i can't make it.

Hey girls....I am SO SORRY I didn't make the GTG. I know my name was down and it was rude to not show, but I couldn't get to a computer to post and say I wouldnt be there. It has been a really bad week :( My elderly aunt had a stroke late Thursday. She lives in the city and alone. We were called from the hospital that she had called an ambulance and they took her to Lenox Hill hospital. She's 86. So we were there all day Friday & Saturday and I didn't get home until Sunday morning bc my Mom and Grandma were there and I felt bad leaving them. We didn't do much for Easter because everyone was going back and forth to the hospital. It doesn't look too good. Then on Tuesday morning, my father wakes up and we are like, whats wrong with your face? The left side of his face was paralyzed! I started crying thinking now he had a stroke. We went to the dr. and it turns out he has Bell's Palsy. Thank GOD it wasn't anything else. They have him on massive doses of prendizone (sp?) and are hoping it will go away in a couple of weeks. He can't blink his eye, move that side of his mouth, face at all- half his tongue is numb. Very scary. So, I won't be around for the next several days. I have so much to post and I will once things settle down. I have my bachelorette party this Saturday and I am supposed to be going on a cruise on Sunday with my future in laws and I feel guilty even doing that.

Sorry again ladies. Everything will hopefully be back to normal soon. I hope everyone is doing well and anyone who is getting married- CONGRATS!!
