Well I guess this is why girls have such different experiences at the same store when it comes to dress shopping. I know a lot of girls had awful things to say about bridal reflections but my salesgirl was amazing which made my experience there amazing. It all depends on who's helping you

exactly, thats why when ppl complain about a store think about whether its just that salesperson or the whole store in general. It S*cks bc honestly before i got there i was a bit apprehensive and was like OH god its probably a bunch of snobs and i was preparing for someone to be like that with me and said i am gonna go off on them if they say something, although i knew it would turn out bad bc my dad was there and any little rude comment he would've gone nuts lol hes crazy and does that all the time lol. Glad it went well

honestly when the manager sees the show and sees how that lady acted, i hope she sits her down and talks to her about that bc shes making them look bad

I didn't see this weeks episode but I do have it Tivo'd. I went with my daughter to Kleinfled's a few months ago and she did not have a good experience there. When she told the salesgirl her budget (which was up to 4K) they had us going through all the dresses ourselves. My daughter was in and out of there in 30 minutes. She never even came out of the room into the hall to look at any of the dresses she tried on. The salegirl had her stay in the little tiny dressing room. Oh, and I thought they were supposed to offer you underwear and shoes to try the dresses on with? Nope, didn't happen.

wow thats horrible...on the show they were helping the girls with a 2000 dollar budget so i guess its all for tv..thats a shame i was really looking forward to going there....

apparently our DVR got it.. I just watched it.... I'm glad I did my dress shopping before seeing this show. I probably went to 6-7 different places to try on dresses to make sure, even though I ended up with the second dress I tried on at the second store. I would have felt guilty not picking on the spot ....

But if they are rushing everyone to decide in an hour, that could be why they have so many people changing their minds...

Her first dress Pinina Tornai, was gorgeous, i almost bought that dress as well, but then she changed it up, it was so cool seeing her on teh show!

I also saw the sales girl who helped me 2 times on the show last nite

when i was there 2 other girls that were also there trying on dress were spending less than $2000, dresses are $1800 and over but one got a discount and was paying less and they helped her out.

ive never heard of any place offering you underwear and i wouldnt want to borrow underwear from them.

Priscilla of Boston offered me a longline bra without me asking too - so I wouldn't have straps showing.

im almost sure kleinfelds gives you bras to try on i could've sworn before i went someone on here told me this so i would know for my appointment, but i brought my own strapless bra with me, i had it in a bag so i told the saleslady when i got into the dressing room that i have my own bra

Kleinfeld offered me a few bras to pick the one I felt comfortable in, they also offered me a little wrap/jacket thing so I wouldn't have to change again when I was waiting for more dresses.

Sorry to hear about you canceling the wedding, Michelleweddingbelle. I wish my date was May 31 so I could help you, she is soooo awesome!! I'm sure someone will want to book her. Did she tell you she has to rebook for you to get your $ back?
