I did it this morning again and it was a little better than the first time. I think I will definitly be sore again tomorrow though!

I 'did it' this morning for the first time. My favorite part was when she was being all encouraging saying 'i know you want to turn this off and have a rest but dont' Im sitting my butt on the couch watching her thinking noooo I wont turn you off ill just watch you do all the hard work!

that thing kicked my butt!

I am on day 2. I have to say it was easier today even though I was sore...so it doesn't make sense that it was easier...I'm not complaining...and I probably won't be able to walk tomorrow. How can a 20 minute workout leave me so sore???? I take classes at Lucille and I'm rarely ever sore.
