That first pic is a beautiful drink....do you think a catering hall will be willing to be so detailed about putting a drink like that together?

We are thinking of having Blue Lagoon Lemonade as our signature drink - definitely want something blue!![]()
I love blue-colored drinks and that color would be great for us as my FH is Greek.
But, we are having a Christmas wedding, so something red and/or green would also be cool for the season -- plus, I'm Italian and those are my colors!
Anyone have any good ideas for what I can do?

Cranberry Martini
Directions:Here's the recipe for two martini*s from Occasion Caterers: Place red sanding sugar into saucer. Rub each glass*s rim with a lime wedge. Rotate rim with sugar until it is evenly coated; transfer to the freezer for 10 minutes. Stickk each of two skewers through 5 cranberries. Shake 8 ounces vodka, 1 ounce cranberry juice, and 1 teaspoon vermouth in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Strain mixture into icy glasses, and garnish with skewered cranberries. Serve immediately.
Now that's a cool drink and presentation of it!

Re: Signature Drink Ideas
We did this by placing a small drink menu of our favorites on each table. Our guests loved it! They are all romance inspired. If you do decide, make sure your CH and bar staff has all the necessary alohol, mixes, fruits, etc., prior. Go for it!Here are some suggestions or make up your own:
Amaretto Seduction
Ingredients:
2.0 oz Lemon Lime Soda
0.5 oz Amaretto
1.0 cup Ice
2.0 oz Orange juice
1.0 oz Peach Schnapps
0.5 oz Sweet and Sour mix
1.0 oz Triple sec
Directions: Combine all ingredients together in a blender, with or without ice. Blend well, pour over ice (if not already used) in a hurricane glass and serve.
Angel's Kiss
Ingredients:
0.25 oz Brandy
0.25 oz Sweet Cream
0.25 oz Creme de Cacao
0.25 oz Creme Yvette
Directions: Pour the ingredients slowly, in order given, into a pony or pousse-cafe glass, being careful not to let ingredients mix. This produces a multi-colored 'striped' effect of the liquors. For best results pour each ingredient slowly over a teaspoon held bottom-side up.
Aphrodite's Love Potion
Ingredients:
1.0 dash Angostura Bitters
1.5 oz Brandy
5.0 oz Pineapple Juice
Directions: Pour brandy, Angostura and pineapple juice into a highball glass that is 3/4 filled with ice. Stir well. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and an orange slice, then serve.

1.0 tsp Green Creme de Menthe
Directions: Put Creme de Menthe into a champagne flute, then fill with chilled champagne and serve.

1.0 oz. Cointreau or Triple Sec
1.0 oz. Light Rum
1.0 oz. Lemon or Lime Juice

Caribbean Romance

Deep Dark Love
Ingredients:
0.5 oz Coffee Liqueur
0.5 oz Creme de Cacao
1.0 oz Vanilla Vodka

1.0 shot to taste Lime juice
1.0 oz. Barcardi Citrus Rum
2.0 oz Tonic
Directions: Using a martini shaker, pour all ingredients in over ice. Serve in a slightly chilled Martini glass.
Kiss-In-The-Dark
Ingredients:
