I still plan to be announced along with our parents and the bridal party. I am doing it more for the bridal party and parents, I think its nice for them to be introduced so everyone knows who they are. We aren't doing a bridge though.

We will be! I always like the part when the DJ announces the bride and groom. I don't want to spend cocktail hour in a bridal suite, we've paid for fun and darn it I don't want to miss it!

How about being introduced like this, 'Dancing for the first time as husband and wife, Mr and Mrs. X'. I think we might be introduced like this, I wouldn't dream of missing my own cocktail hour.

You absolutely have to be introduced at the reception!!! How fantastic is going to be when you get to relive the moment watching your video!!!

That, and some people are always running late, and miss the cocktail hour ....so YES be introduced!!!

I second that, makes them special that they were exclusively picked for the special day.

And, I want to be announced as Mr. and Mrs. it will put a smile on my face hearing it
