Ohh yes I usually feel tired every day! I always find that going outside and taking deep breathss of the nice fresh nyc air
or I turn on the music a little and wind up doing an occasional dance...sure wakes everybody else up! lolgot the new mariah carey on now

I'm okay once I take my shower and eat breakfast. The most difficult part of the day for me is when I get up and get ready for work. I do crash a little though mid afternoon. If its really bad I would get some tea.
