Well, since I just lost out baby three weeks ago we are going to start as soon as the wedding is over 253 days 18 hours 8 minutes and 37 seconds.

Same here...I will be 29 when I get married and I don't want to be too far into my thirties when I have my first child.

I'll be 28 when we get married but we will probably wait at least 5 years. We both have a lot of career and travel goals we would like to accomplish first

4 months~ trying to plan it out so that I will give birth in May of 07 and have May & June off from work (I am a teacher) and then the summer too!

I'll be 27 when we get married, I'd like to have my first before 30. He has a son already who is 7, but I'm not sure how quickly it will happen for us. I too, want to plan around my school year, for me we'll probably start trying around 4 months after we marry...we'll see. never been pregnant before so not sure if it'll be as easy as it was for my mom or as hard as it's been for all of my friends.

p.s. condolences to the liw who just miscarried..my sister in law miscarried on my bday, i'm sorry for your loss

I want to have our first baby in 2010 or 2011, so I guess we'll start trying 2-2.5 yrs after the wedding.

I'll be student teaching the semester after my wedding, and, if I can find a teaching job, I have the same idea! Planning on aiming for May or June of 08!

We are going to start trying after a year - 1/12, when it happens it happens. We want kids but are in no hurry.

my FH just told me that his boss wife just had a baby and now he is telling me that it makes him want to have one too.......but i am hoping to wait at least a couple years after marriage.
