omg.. this is soooo good to know!!
DH and i are TTC soon, and im sooo afraid of getting stretch marks.

i am totally going to buy cocoa butter now!! is there different kinds of palmers or one type??

yes there are different kinds of palmers-- one is specifically made for stretch marks!

yes - they sell it at Babies R Us. I used it during pregnancy & I don't have any stretch marks on my belly or breasts. You can't use Retin A during pregnancy though.

Retin A. Yes, the stuff for pimples. Get it from your dermatologist & slasher on stretch marks. It definitely works.

cool ... how much of a difference did you see??

It works best on new stretch marks. If you put it on when they are new & red, they disappear & never turn white.

Its seriously strong. You may get itchy & dry on the spots where you use it. Retin A Also goes by the name Renova for wrinkles. Same stuff. It pretty much burns off the bad skin (wrinkles, sun spots, pimples, stretch marks, etc...) Insurance may or may not cover it. Its about $75 if it doesn't but it lasts a long time.
