Suggestions for a girls' night out?

My MoH called tonight and said the place they were going to take me in NYC has closed!!! She asked me what I wanted to do instead....

I'd like to 'do' something i.e. comedy club, line dancing, dinner theater....does any one have any suggestions on where to go? Any place west of Northport but no further than Manhattan. Thanks!

I really can't imagine only wearing this once! (I told Paul I'd probably put it on from time to time and wear it around the apartment - and he just laughed at me!)

I have to say if you like Mexican food try Don Juans in Westbury. It is across the street from Fortunoffs on Old Country Road. What a blast. They really play up the fact that you are a bride to be. We took my friend there for her bachlorette party (then we went dancing at Luxe in Levittown-Friday night great 80's new wave)They danced with us and sang etc. You should make reservations and sit on the club side. They do a dinner show too. Every hour they do dancing etc. People had fun watching us.

Ladies, I am torn...

I am not sure what option closed, but there is a great place called Cafe Wha? in the village (NYC) which is a comedy, dance-band hybrid, which is always a crazy fun time.

Otherwise, Culture Club in NYC, which plays fun 80s music.

No need to be paranoid.......just aware. : )
