I like my job. I am a secretary and pretty much come and go as I please and have plenty of time to play on LIW all day long.

But I would LOVE it if I could find a school counseling job. I graduated in Jan. and had a handful of interviews with no luck. During my internship, I loved it and can only assume I will love it even more when I have a job. I CAN'T WAIT. Its so frustrating.

I'm the Managing Editor of magazines dealing with diversity, opportunities for minorities, and people with disabilities.

The mission behind it is wonderful and it's close to my heart.

Edit: I studied journalism and prior to this, I worked for a tabloid mag in the city, so this is nice.

Seriously...I'm an attorney and everytime I think of all the money I spent on school for this torture, I want to hurl myself in front of a bus! J/K

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my job.

I'm a teacher at Gymboree Play and Music.

Most rewarding thing I've ever done with my life, and it's great experience while I'm getting my teaching degree.

I'm a dog groomer and a nursing student-Life can't get any better than this! I love both and will do both for the rest of my life.

YAY all teachers!!!! I love my job too~ 8th grade english teacher in Brooklyn....Who is working ALL summer long baby!!!!! (Nothing says wedding fund like Per Session PAY!!!

I like my job - I'm an editor at a textbook publishing company. I love it compared to my old job - teaching - that I hated (I guess I'm in the minority around here

).
I do wish I was getting paid more $$ though.

I work in marketing at a cable tv network in NYC. I love my job...but I have no time to plan my wedding at work.

I abolutely LOVE my job!!!! I am a social worker, working with developmentally disabled individuals. I provide therapy, I teach them classes........ I LOVE MY JOB!!!!!

I do love my job - I look forward to going to work each day, but I am a kndergarten teacher so I guess it wouldn't be a good thing if I didn't love it!

GOD I wish I loved my job....quite frankly I think its a big waste of my time.....But I stay b/c I get a lot of time to plan my wedding. But Believe me as soon as I get back from my HM I 'm outta - here!!!

I really like my job (love is a strong word ) I work for Social Security. Can't really explain what I do, cause it entails a lot of things but I don't have to deal with the people (which is WONDERFUL) and I basically work with people benefits. I'd still rather be posting than working like I'm doing right now!

I love my job but I'm the exact opposite of you! I NEED to be around people...I'm a realtor. I love being out and meeting new people everyday. I get to make my own schedule, work from home, and take vacations whenever I want. I never need to call out sick cause I'm my own boss. The money is great and there are so many perks (if you know the right people

I love my job - I work as a certified athletic trainer at a high school. It's different every day and the kids are great!

I do some things in my spare time that I love so much they are not jobs to me - one is teaching coaching) gymnastics and the other is being a Personal Fitness Trainer. Both are so rewarding and with the latter I get to make my own schedule and obviously it's more money than coaching, but yet there are many similarities.

My 'day job' I can't wait to give up... I work for a health insurance company. I don't like office politics very much so if it were a work from home deal I'd like it better. But I'm hoping the other 2 things I mention eventually build over the next 2 years so that I can just run my own training business and continue coaching kid's gymnastics by the time I start a family.
