a card and we are doing a lunch together. the wedding is too close and i'd rather him put the $$ he'd spend on flowers in the wedding acct

I spent a lot on him at Christmas and his birthday was just last week. I'm not really a big Valentines Day person. I'd just like to go to a nice dinner.

It's on a Tuesday this year!!!! Grrrr!! And since I work days and he works nights we don't get much of a V-Day. Last year we just had dinner at a local diner while he was on break and he brought me red roses and I got him a nice card.

Not too sure about this year, we might do the same thing. Nothing too big, I've never really been a fan of the holiday.

It's our 5 year anniversary, so I don't know- something special. He's planning it.

We wanted to go back to the place where he asked me out, but it's closed down- that's when you really know you've been together for a while!

I never plan ahead for holiday gifts, and FH always does. I end up getting him something crappy and he gets me presents that are GREAT! So this V day I am buying us tickets for 'Chicago', his favorite musical! I'm going to keep it a big surprise, which is hard for me to do!
