I agree, with lisa, and thanks! I think a lot of people were jumping to wrong conclusions, and your explanation made everything crystal clear.
You are running a business, and when people take advantage and do illegal things to hurt your business, you need to take action. I am sorry you had to go through this.

i never doubted their intentions and you are right - you need to take action. although the other party can't defend herself here... I know first hand about the soliciting.

i'm glad it's over and we can get back to wedding planning!

This may get me booted (I really hope it doesn't, but who knows...), but I have to say something because I am uncomfortable.

I am a friend of Maxine's, but have been on this site for a long time and have encountered countless tips and ideas.

There are always 3 sides to a story - both sides, and the complete truth.

We now have Ron and Liz's side, but because she has been banned, we'll never have Maxine's side....and who knows if we'll ever have the 100%, total truth.

Either way, wrong and/or illegal events may or may not have occured all around, and they have to be dealt with.

I'm just saying that the other party is not here to defend herself, and whether I was a friend of hers or just a complete stranger, I think all people deserve the right to defend themselves.

With all due respect, IMHO, at this point in time whatever Maxine's side of the story is unimportant because

1- Liz is explaining her own (and Ron's)behavior and why she/they took certain actions, so there is no other side; and

2- what the girls here were upset about was Christine's account being deactivated, and her subsequent decision to leave. That is (I believe) the explanation we were all looking for and the actions that we were trying to comprehend. That is exactly what Liz provided. For that I am truly grateful!
