Grrr why can't I post anything today without getting the image is too big warning! Help

The easiest way to resize is to go into paint and click on 'image' on the toolbar, its where file,edit and view are. Click on Stretch and skew...You will get one line that says horizontal and one line that says vertical, and both will say 100% just make that number smaller, put 50, 40 or whatever you want and it will resize the image and then you just save as...it takes a minute if that

you might have to make it even smaller...if a big is real big i will make both horizontal and vertical 30%
