If I'm really craving I'll brush my teeth..similar to the whitestrip idea above but a little less slimy! Writing everything down though is huge though.

Check out hungrygirl.com, she's got a bunch of recipes and even tallies the w.w. points, they are not all winners but gave me some ideas...

Listen ladies,

I lost over 50lbs on Weight Watchers.... It really works what worked for me was remembering that my day didn't revolve around my meals...

I pretty much eat around the same time a day, drank tons of H2O,,, and I saved all my Flex points till the weekend and sometimes I'd use all, a few or if it was a quiet weekend. I wouldn't use any.....

Just feel confident in your self and you can all do. I'm stopped for a few months after the wedding and I jsut started back lastweek. You can all do it...

I lost 20 lbs for my wedding! It was the greatest thing we ever did I say we b/c my hubby went on it too with me and he lost 40lbs. I took a break and gained a lot back. I am back on ww now and my weight is going down....

Keep it up ladies!!!
