Tissue Paper
When stuffing envelopes, where exactly do you put the tissue paper on the invitation? Is it between the invitation and the response card/direction cards/maps, etc. Thanks.
Yes, they have paper selections out so that you can view and feel the sheet. You can buy by the sheet or by the reem (or case). In fact, they had four different weights of vellum...wouldn't be able to tell the difference without holding up a single sheet to the light :-)

That is what I was told. Good luck and have fun!

That's correct! The tissue lays directly on top of the invitation itself and then any other inserts go on top of where the tissue is.
Happy envelope stuffing:-) Stephanie

Does this apply even if you have a vellum wrapped invitation (no bows)?

If you have a vellum wrapped invitation, the vellum serves the same function as the tissue so you don't have to include tissue. The tissue used to serve a purpose years ago when they didn't have modern printing devices...it was used to make sure the ink from the invites didn't smudge. Nowadays the tissue is more for decoration and is optional so you can leave it out if you like, especially with a vellum invite.
Hope this helps, Stephanie

Thanks, Stephanie! That made things much more clear. That's what I thought, but just wanted to make sure. Much appreciate the help! :)
Hello. Well this bride to be has the chance to be a guest soon! I am invited to a wedding in June and will need to take a plane and stay over. Does anyone have any suggestions of good websites to use. I am only familiar with Lowestfare.com and am curious if any of you have tried others.
I appreciate your help! Lexi
