No. The only time I have was when I was drunk and taking the train home late at night by myself. Other than that I see no reason to. I take the subway to and from work every single day.

I haven't done it in the city. But I did do it when I went to Peru in February.

When FH and I went to Europe in Sept, he wouldn't even let me take it with me. He probably won't want me to bring it on HM either.

Nope. My mom told me to when I got engaged but there are more girls with much bigger rocks than me on the 6 train every morning.

I take the 6 train as well and see that too. I flip it around or hide my hands in my gloves or pockets.

When I was in my early / mid 20's I commuted into NYC for work, I wasnt engaged at this point but wore rings. I ALWAYS turned them rings around. My step-sister put the fear of heck in me when she told me this story about her roommate getting jumped in Penn (in the early 90's) and getting seriously beaten for a necklace she was wearing. Scary stuff!

yea my cousin got jumped for her leather jacket... so i know my ring is not safe.

Only if its late and if i'm alone. I went out with my girls a few wks ago and i felt so uncomfortable when i was on the train (it was very late).

This is funny, because I do it at work when I have to put on latex gloves!!!!

I don't do it too often out in the world. Sometimes. Not in summer haha!! I have a lot of tattoos (by the untattooed's perspective lol) and most people won't fuckk with me in summer cuz I'm always wearing tube tops or tank tops!! Haha! But in winter yeah, I guess sometimes on the train in the city. But that's about it.

this has never even occurred to me and i'm wondering if it's just because you all have WAAY bigger rocks than i do. mine is nice and small...i don't see it attracting much attention. i rarely even get asked about it.
