when my dress came in i asked if i can see it and try it on they let me. They should of let you try it on and they didn't want is the problem trying it on it is your dress you put money done you should be able to try it on

I have a post saying ' I had the wrong dress, remember me' I was given the wrong dress so go in and try it on and check it out!!!! I'm sure it's fine but better safe then sorry. Good Luck and 'OH YEAH, YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!!!!!'

I just recently checked my dress. It came in about a month ago but on Friday my mom and I went to check it. The Bridal shop was very professional and even said that I should come back as much as I want to check the dress. They also suggested when my veil and tiara to come in to try it all on again to make sure I still liked everything!

I definitely think you should go check the dress and make sure you are completely satisfied.

And that's just the thing...when i first got the dress they were totally like that. My contact was very enthusiastic for me, and the manager at the time was eager to please...so i don't know who the chick was who answered the phone and maybe the manager was having a rough day and didn't know who was actually on the phone...I'm still trying to look at the good!

Alterations are often scheduled for a lot closer to the date, so the fact that they told you to come for alterations later is normal - don't freak .

However, you have a right to try on your dress. Keep in mind that you also have the option of taking the dress home, keeping it there, and then bringing it to the store if you do decide to do alterations there.

(By the way, meet the seamstress. Often, the sales people are a lot nicer than the seamstresses.)

IT'S MINE MINE MINE!! I went yesterday, and carmella (my contact) was there and her usual happy self. I told her about the nasty woman (anita) and she told me that they get alot of complaints about her and try not to have her around customers that often. Carmella apologized and told me that if she's not there to speak to the manager directly, avoid Anita at all costs. Interesting, right? Anyhoo....here's me in MY MY MY MY actual dress...did I mention that it's finally MINE!!!

as long as you've paid for your dress, why should they care...although prior to buying we snuck shots in the dressing room
