#2. The off the shoulder straps will help keep everything in and the drop waist will help balance everything out.

My favorite is #1, and as a DD myself, I also would go strapless. Many larger busted women think they can't do it but it's actually usually more comfortable and more flattering than any other cut. At least that's been my experience. #2 goes a little high to me, which will accentuate the bust. #3's straps will be dwarfed by large busts - spaghetti straps always look funny to me - it's like, who's kidding who, they can't hold those up. good luck!
