I put this together and wanted to share it with everyone...let me know if I missed anything!

Don't know how to post a file, so FM and I'll send it over to you in excel format!!!

This is just a print screen of it! and it's kinda hard to read

can u send this to me please...i make lists everyday and feel like I am forgetting something constantly!!!!

Sorry it took me so long...my job decided to send me to DC for the past 2 days and I never had a chance to get onto LIW!
