Watermill Vanderbilt Room

Does anyone know how many people this room holds up to exactly?

I know it is 'around 300' but I have heard so many different numbers in the 300s like 320, 350....I just want to know the exact amount so I know what number I want to stay away from to avoid making it too packed!
