Ok, thanks so much! I saw the list of things and the only thing that it said that I liked was you have access to pools and a part of the beach that everyone else doesn't but not sure that's necessary esp. when we want to get the rooftop room with the pool. Thanks for your insight!

Below is what Expedia says about the Excellence club. I am going to call Excellence tomorrow and get more information. I want to know what they mean about beach service - do they bring drinks and food out for us and do we not get this normally and what is the upgraded menus they talk about. When I find out more, I will share.

Complimentary access to the Excellence Club lounge, which offers private check-in and check-out, access to buffets and a bar, Bvlgari toiletries, beach service and beach bag, shoe-shine service, a daily fruit basket, fresh flowers upon arrival, and access to a private concierge. Also included are an upgraded room-service menu, and an upgraded minibar with premium liquors.

And it would be almost an extra $150 a night, too so I want to find out more info to see if its really worth it compared to what is included in the standard price.
