We did our seating chart.... Friends style! with pic

The beginning of the week FH and I did our seating chart. He wanted to do it like Monica on Friends. So we had my dad scale out the room according to the seating chart CLM gave us. Then I had all these little post it tags and we wrote our guests on them. Let me tell you. It was sooo easy to do it this way because it was easy to make changes and visual where people would be in comparison to the exit, dance floor, us and the DJ. We were able to do this all in one day!

I have a picture of it!

Just be careful with your table numbers because i see that its at CLM and if your not using all of the tables in the diagram they dont just take the three on the bottom away..some of the table numbers on top change..hard to explain but i had to call them to have them fax me a floor plan with the exact tables i would be using...

This is such a great idea!!!!

I used the Seating Chart tool here on LIW, which was pretty easy to use.

But I LOVE this idea!! Definitely a visual person, and this would've been an excellent way to 'see' everyone in the room.

Awesome job!! I'm nosy and I want to know what the colors mean?

All FH's guests are blue. Mine were supposed to be just red, but we ran out and had to use other colors

its soooo funny bc if you saw the one I made you would think it was the same one. I cut the paper to the shape of the room and did exactly what you did. it helped so much
