Wearing our dresses again?

Okay, maybe I'm really losing my mind - 22 days and counting.....

Today when I went for my 2nd fitting, I walked all around the store in my gown. I LOVED it!!! I loved how it felt, how it looked - I didn't want to take it off!

I really can't imagine only wearing this once! (I told Paul I'd probably put it on from time to time and wear it around the apartment - and he just laughed at me!)

I just went for my final fitting - I know how you FEEL! I love my dress! 14 days to go!!

My friend & I are planning to have a WEDDING PARTY after I get married. All our friends that are married already will come with their gowns on. I suggested to invite all those who have been the " bridesmaid never the bride ". We were planning on doing it this summer, but my friend ( the host ) just found out she was pregnant. :) So, next year it will be for the WEDDING PARTY. Its all girls of course! ( my fiance looked at me like I was CRAZY!)

I WOULD DEFINATELY WEAR IT - I WOULD THINK THAT EVERYONE WOULD WANT TO SEE YOU IN YOUR DRESS.

12 weeks is plenty of time for them to get you a new gown (my gown was ordered and delivered to the shop in under 8 weeks - without a rush!)

If the people are as nice as you say, then they should bend over backwards to make things right for you. What's the very worst case? The girls have their alterations done somewhere else (I can give you a great referral) and you get your dress from someone else who carries that line. THAT'S THE WORSE CASE - AND I DON'T THINK THAT WILL HAPPEN!
