Re: wedding weight loss

I lost about 3 lbs, but still have a lot more to go.

I go to the gym right after work....I usually have FH pick me up at the train station and go striaght to the gym, otherwise I find it harder to leave and go to the gym if I go home 1st.

so far I've been okay with working out but my problem is staying away from the food. I'd give anything for a toasted buttery bagel right now.

i work right next door to a bagel store! its SOOOOOOOO tempting!

The dresses I have been trying on are size 10's. I will not order my dress until i can get into an 8! thats my goal.

Yes that is good!!! They say drink 8 cups but I drink like double that! Oh and when I go to the gym I wear massive sweats and double up on layers!! Helps with the water weight. I did that before we went to Aruba and youcould see how flat my stomach got!

I keep editing cause I'm spastic tonight

Thats great! I always say never wigh yourself, if your clothes feel loose than you know you lost weight! I weight train, so sometimes I gain weight, although I appear thinner!

Re: wedding weight loss...update!!!

Happens all the time. A lot of girls do way too much cardio, and really should focus on weight training.

Re: wedding weight loss...update!!!

I just joined the gym near my house over the Years ago I was in great shape and a total gym rat, but I fell out of the habit and that gym was too far away. Now that I am a bridesmaid in two weddings this spring and have my own to prepare for, I am kicking it into high gear! My fiance is too so it helps that we go together. Do you have a gym buddy?

So, I have been saying that I want to go to the gym for months now!! I 'donate' to Golds Gym. Im not motivated. I think it would be easier if I had some to do it with. Anyone willing to be an on-line support? Anyone looking to lose weight or tone up? Do you need motivation? I DO!!!! HELP!!! I want to fit into the next size smaller before I order a dress!

hope this makes sense

I'm in the gym 5 days a week , 2 of those days with a trainer...I havent' felt this good in months, trust me it will help you maintain during stressful times and it will keep you healthy..If that's not enough motivation for ya FM me :)
