whos still in it!

I just started....I know, 66 days to go...but better late than never right?

I've been running almost every day for the past 2 weeks and doing crunches and arm toning exercises.

My question is, how long do you think I can hold off my first fitting appt. I'd like to lose 10 lbs....

I'm sure you can hold off your fitting appointment! And forget better late then never - you are doing great!

I finally gave up on going to the gym in the morning and started going at night. It is working much better for me!

Thanks! It's soooo hard for me because I have ZERO willpower, but I've been working hard every day and I'm so proud of myself.

I think I'm going to try and see if I can hold off my first fitting until exactly one month before, which would be about 5 1/2 weeks from now. I hope she works that way.

Re: Wedding workout progress report

between last year November and Today I have lost over 30 lbs. That's good but not great beacuse I should of been at like 50 to 55lbs but I slipped twice and but back on 15 lbs. But i am still proud of myself.
Know I am on a fruit and veggie diet with nothing but water for the next 5 months. I also hired a personnal trainer that will start coming to my house twice a month. I will give you all a up date in two months.

i started situps and pushups at night and stretching to keep my muscles loose.
