Weight Watchers really does work! I chanfed birth control pills a year and a half ago and put on 8 pounds literally in 3 week! Then when FH got sick, I put on another 5. I started WW at the beginning of June (wanting to lose 13 pounds) and so far have lost 7.5. It's been slow, but I don't exercise as often as I should (or used to) and sometimes I stop counting points. I think that WW really teaches you how to eat, since nothing is off limits. I always drank a lot of water. however WW has helped me realize that my portions were out of control.

There are plenty of suggestions but the best ones are: eat right and workout. Its the ONLY way to lose weight and KEEP IT OFF

I have to agree with this- there is no quick fix- I have been yo yoing for years and recently I have lost 20 lbs and kept it off for the pat 4 months

I eat smart and work out 4 or 5 days a week

I want to lose 5 more lbs- I am starting to do buff brides at NYSC monday-

I have gained weight over the few years, but what i notice more is that i am becoming 'looser' I basically am the same weight now for a while but I look different in the mirror...SO i know something is up..I would ideally like to loose 10-15 pounds and tighten up a lot! Need buff arms! flatter tummy- i have thsi weird thing that whenever i wake up by belly is fairly flat (not tight but flat) and then i eat the smallest thing and BOOM i look a few months pregnant. It drives me crazy! and makes me so self-concious

I gained 10lbs when I got engaged...I hired a personal trainer and work out with her for an hour three times a week plus I do cardio 5 days a week (20 minutes on the days I workout with trainer and a MIN of 45 min on the days without trainer)...Not only have I lost the ten lbs + 5, I have toned up incredibly. I watch everything that I eat...I use to say 'a little bite here and there won't do anything' now I know that they can add 10lbs to you...its about dicipline and determination...yu can definately do it...I've dealt with weight issues all my life...this is the first time where I feel 100% great about my weight...
