- All the money in my wallet needs to be in the same direction (head up, face forward), Large bills in the back, small ones in the front.
(if i'm at the drive through, i dont want to hold people up, so i jsut throw it in my wallet, and it bothers me the whole ride home until i can fix it)
- everything needs to be closed... cabinets, closet doors, sliding mirror on the medicine cabinet... it Irks me.
i have so many more, i just cant think of them right now

Well, there are those who will probably blast me on this, but I HATE POOR SPELLING AND PUNCTUATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Did our educational system fail us somehow??? My cousins are in elementary school and they don't have spelling lessons the way we did. The school board says 'We're teaching creativity through spelling!' My aunt's response to that is 'I'll pay for therapy later, right now I want them to learn how to spell 'cat.''
Call me a snob, but it just drives me nuts.

i cant get dressed right after the shower with that damp feeling. ill even go as far as blow drying myself off!and in the summer, this may be TMI< but i hate being in the pool then having to visit the ladies room all damp. even at home. i think it goes back to the pulling the damp bathing suit back on. yuk!

I hate it when people make two loops and then tie them together when tying their shoes (I used to sell sneakers all through high school and college)
I can't drink coffee from a paper cup if the opening in the top is over the seam of the cup. Seam needs to be directly opposite of the lid opening.

I can't sleep with the closet door open. It annoys me so much when it's left open.I hate having a light on in a room we're not in. (dh always leaves kitchen light on)
Can't eat pasta without Parm (or Pecorino Romano) cheese on it.
I know there are others because DH is always telling me I'm weird.

I simply HATE using public bathrooms, or any other bathroom than my own.I also have to have my money all facing the same way.
People who do use gloves when preparing food, then defeat the purpose by handling money, the register, etc .. and then don't change to a fresh pair!!

Jen I'm with you, it really bothers me when people scratch their teeth on metal silverwear.I have to eat with a cake fork (not a long pronged one).
I have to go to bed with socks on.
I also have to shut my closet door before I go to sleep.

I can't walk around the house with socks on.. in fact I can't wear socks without shoes-when the shoes come off the socks come off right away.

OMG, I have spun my lid on several occasions because it was over the seam!

OK, almost every single one of your pet peeves bother me tooo000 (I'm a little uptight
) BUT I didn't see my biggest pet peeve mentioned yet!!!I absolutely HATE when people chew ice. I cringe and have to leave the room. I guess I just envision that crunching noise to be the person chewing their own teeth, not the ice. SO SO SO SO GROSS. (I just got goosebumps typing that.) EW!

Ha ha! That bugs me too! I always twist the top so that the seam is opposite the lid opening.
This one is going to sound really stupid, but I HATE hearing people sneeze more than once! I know people can't help it so I don't know why it bugs me, but it just does.

I can't stand it when the phone rings and I've only been in the apartment for a few minutes. Especially because it's usually a telemarketer, but my mom used to practically time it to the minute I walked in, and then call me.I don't mind gum chewing (and when I was in the classroom my kids were allowed to have gum as long as I did not see it or hear it) but I HATE when people pop and snap their gum.
I also hate when people insist on sniffling instead of blowing their nose. I work with a few people who insist on snorting and sniffling. It grosses me out.

I cant sleep at night if the bedroom closet doors are open, even in the slightest. I also hate it if DH doesnt close cabinets all the way. I know I have lots of other weird things, I need to think about this...
I CANNOT sleep if my closet door is the least bit open. I mean after all, in the dark, you never know WHO is going to come creeping out.....
Also, I REALLY HATE IT when, in public restrooms, say for instance there are 4 or more stalls. If the only one in use is the one I'm in, WHY do you have to use one that is RIGHT NEXT TO MINE? Can I have some privacy please? (I know - I'm nuts.)
