Re: What are you nervous/scared about re; your wedding
Make up! I never wear it, and everyone keeps insisting that I need to wear sooooo much since it's a special day. But what if FH doesn't recognize me?!I expect a little chaos on our day.. it's to be expected with our families! Maybe I should hire a wedding referee, I mean wedding coordinator!

Re: What are you nervous/scared about re; your wedding
I'm afraid of the following:1. Tripping when I walk down the aisle
2. Crying so much that I won't be able to get my vows out.
3. Rain so we can't do the yacht arrival and have the CH outdoors
4. No one dancing
Yikes- all that and it is still a year away- I can just imagine how many more things I will come up with.

like Kase said about keeping the dress white and a blizzard! I told my church I will be there if I have to walk but I really hope there isnt a terrible snow storm that could hurt my guests or prevent them from coming or us from having a reception!

That not one of my friends will come to the reception if we hold it where we want to - which is over an hours drive from the church. Also that the weather will cause us to change the date since the date is a special one for us.
Ugh!

The following would be bad:-Diarrhea
-Zits
-Mono
-Snowstorm
-Hail
-Locusts
-Spilling red wine on my dress under the chuppah
-Falling off the chair when they lift me and FH up during the Hora (don't laugh, the wife of my ex b/f from college broke her leg at her wedding this way)
-Stuttering my vows in Hebrew AND English
I could be here all day!

Re: What are you nervous/scared about re; your wedding
I'm really trying to delay the worrying, but my biggest one is snow, followed closely by not losing any weight and thinking that I look like a cow in my pictures!Don't worry everyone... even weddings where things went horribly wrong (ex: my cousin didn't have enough money on the day of her wedding to make her final payment to the country club - I think her dad stepped in and grumpily took care of it) were wonderful. Pouring rain, zits, dress problems, bridesmaid leaving the altar to throw up (my bf's wedding...she didn't even notice that the girl did that!)...they were all awesome days.

I'm totally worried about crying during the vows and not being able to stop! I try to put on a tough 'I don't cry' front, but when it comes down to it, I can bawl with the best of 'em!
you and me both- I cry thinking about the ceremony
