$1400 for a large 1 bedroom w/ a decent sized dining room as well. We're on the boardwalk in Long Beach with a direct ocean view...can't beat it!!!

2 years ago when I lived with my friend in Manhattan (I live with FH now)...we were paying $2295 a month for a 'one bedroom convertible'.

We are paying $1255 a month for a 1 bedroom in Deer Park. It is a ground level apartment around the back and attached to the landlord's home. It is a decent size, eat in kitchen, dishwasher, large living room and fireplace, large bedroom and 1 walk in closet. Utilities are included including cable.
