DH and I go to bed between 11:30-12 and DH gets up at 5 and I get up at 6:30.

I keep trying to get to bed before midnight, but it is usually 12:15 or 12:30 and I get up between 6:30-6:45 and then go back to sleep on the LIRR

I go to bed anytime between 11 and 1. My days off I wake up at around 9 (and, yes, so does my 2 year old! ), when I work I have to wake up at 5:30.

Me too! I am so tired all the time! I really try for bed at 10PM, but there are some really good shows on at 10 I can't resist watching...

it depends, i'm definitely an imsomniac especially more know since my daughter was born. I usually go to bed around 3:00 am and wake up around 10:00 am. it varies though.

I usually go to bed between 12 and 2 and wake up between 6:30 and 7:30. I HATE MORNINGS!!!!!!!!!!

go to bed at 2am (or later)... wake up at 11am

Get up at 5:15am, go to bed at 11:30pm

I go to bed between 11 - 1 depedning on how my day went. Wake up at 4:30 with hubby and roll over go back to sleep if I can till 6:30. Physically get out of bed no later then 7:00. Wake kids up get them ready run out the door with them and rush to work

I'm usually asleep by 9:30-10:00 and up by 5:45. However, I tend to nap for HOURS on long days after teaching (2 hours or more!), so going to bed that early on those nights is not an option!!!

Most nights 1:30 am or 12:30 the earliest I wake up anywhere btwn 6:30 and & 7am.

and wake up at about 4:50 AM

SHOULD be in bed by 10, but usually ends up being 11, asleep by 11:30 or later.

Up by 6:15, out the door by 7, unless my clients want later appointments, then I'll go out later, etc..
