Ceremony is at 5:00 and the CH is at 7:30. I'm worried that I won't have enough time for pictures.

My ceremony started at 12:30 and cocktail hour was at 1. I liked the fact there wasn't a gap of time.

Ceremony is at 2pm and the Cocktail Hour starts at 6pm.

Reception starts at 9:30pm

I'm just worried about what time dinner will be served but this is the typical start time for my room at JT.

It looks like my reception will be at 4:30pm and my cocktail hour starts at 730pm. I feel like this is too long of a gap even though we have to take pictures.

my church starts at 3:30 and cocktail starts at 7:30 but my hall is 40 minutes away and I want to take pics at the beach in between.

Ceremony starts at 2:30 and CH starts at 6:30. I'm not worried at all. Time flies, and you have to take into consideration travel time.

we are doing ceremony at 4 CH at 5 dinner around 6 or 630 depending on how long it takes us to get pics in afterwards

This has been an issue for me as well. My ceremony is at 3 so I was hoping to start the cocktail hour around 5:30.

I am concerned about a large gap between ceremony and CH as well.

CH starts at 6

its about 20 mins from church to reception site. Im having a mass, but my great uncle is a priest and is saying it, and he promised to make it short!!!

11:30am ceremony, 12:00pm cocktail hour.

Ceremony - 3:30
Cocktail Hour - 7:00
Reception - 8-12

By the time the ceremony is over and everyone gets past the receiving line, it will probably be 4:30. Our reception is about 30-45 minutes away and we are arranging hotel shuttle service to the reception from one of the hotels. I am thinking many people will go back to check into the hotel and freshen up. Then, the rest of the wedding party and parents can go take pictures.

We're having everything at the hall. Ceremony starts at 6pm and cocktail starts at 6:30pm. I hate the fact that we'll miss cocktail hour because of pictures, but I can't stand the thought of FH seeing me before the ceremony

The church won't let us have anything later. We will probably have something at the hotel in between.

Ceremony starts at 2:00pm (about an hour long)
Cocktail Hour starts at 6:00pm

I was thinking about making it later, but I want to be with FH as much of that day as possible (because we are not seeing each other before the ceremony), so I don't care if people think it is too long of a gap, because I will be so happy that FH and I are together and celebrating the day. To be honest with you, I am sure most people will be happy since they will have a good amount of time to get ready and check into the hotel if they are staying over. My mom and dad will be having people over to the house that live far and do not want to go home in between the church and reception.
