We had 'These are the Days' by 10,000 Maniacs -
My dad had a band and they had them play the CD of their first dance ('In Your Eyes', Peter Gabriel) and then for the last song of the night they had the band do their version which was much different - I liked that idea.

WE had 'OH What a night' the dance music version.... but the DJ ended up going into a little bit of Last Dance afterwards, which I wasn't too thrilled with, and then as people were leaving the old 50's song 'Denise, Denise' for me!!!!

i love 'these are the days' but i think we'll either go with 'time of my life' by greenday or that beautiful song by andrea boccelli 'time to say goodbye'- i weep at that song!! my stepdad & i used to blast it in the car!
