We just had pizza bianca...it's a homemade Roman flatbread DH makes. It's wonderful!! I had that with fresh mozzarella, rosemary olive oil and some small pieces of Parmigiagno Reggiano. Yummers!!

I don't know yet, but I am making FH cook because I am just too tired today to be bothered (he is a good cook) while I clean up the kitchen & have a glass of wine... maybe I should get him a little apron
