we are trying to stay within 10,000 not incl what parents are spending, so far we are doing very well within that!!! :)

in the beginning we were hoping to stay under $50,000 but now that we are booking and adding things up we are hoping we finish up UNDER $70,000... that includes the honeymoon.

about 230-240 guests BTW...

but it's totally worth it and i know when we look back on it we'll be really happy we worked hard and saved up to earn it!!

Honestly, that's not so bad your having 250 people... We're having 150 (MAX) & we're spending 60K (but that includes everything, cost of e-ring, wedding bands, & guesstimate for honeymoon)


Our actual wedding is closer to 30k / 35 k

KItty we're still looking for a Photo.Video company... Since our actual wedding is an 8 hour affair we havn't been able to find anyone reasonable, can you share your info, please?

For about 225 people, our wedding bands, HM, gratuity, and everything else (cake server, hair, make-up, cake topper, etc.), we are looking at about $70-75K. Our RH is costing almost 1/2 of that - that is where most of our budget went. I did really good on budgeting for everything else. Excellent vendors for excellent prices! Our HM is also where a lot of our budget went. We are going away for 3 weeks and it is costing us about $20K. Those 2 things (RH & HM) were very to FH & I which is why we did not really stay within a budget for those things. But we are definitely shopping around for everything else, and trying to keep costs down wherever we can.

we started at $40k for 150, not including rings and HM
looks like our list is going to be 175, so now we're @ $44k

with rings and honeymoon >$50k

80% paid for by ourselves- ugh, i'm so screwed!

we are having 140-150 people, and want to stay under 30,000...right now we are at about 26,000, all major vendors are booked except limos...our budget does not include HM or dress tho, my mother is buying my dress

we are in the same boat... if you count everything wedding related we'll be about 60k for 150 ppl.

I had a $25,000 budget for our end not counting what my parents were putting in. We went way past that when it was all said and done.
