Bayard Cutting Arboretum? Is that too out of the way? It's in Great River....My original idea was the beach but now I'm thinking gardens too.

I was thinking of belmont also. it's on the way to CLM from my house. I most likely will talk to the photographers and ask their opinion. i think they will know better than anyone.

I really want to do OWG but my ceremony is in BayShore and the RH in Lindenhurst so it's like such a detour and out of the way. I don't think we'll have the time.

im taking my epics at OWG .. wedding day pics in church and at rh.. wcc has beautiful grounds.. also.. we didnt want to have too much time in between the ceremony and reception.. so well have just enough time .. so that we can attend the ch..

A Hint on OWG: WEAR CONFORTABLE SHOES!

A friend of mine took her pics there for her wedding this past July. I was in the BP and we all nicknamed this portion of her wedding 'The Hike.' It was 90+ degrees on July 4th weekend, and we're trekking through fields littered with with goose poop, sweating off our professionally-done makeup, and climbing huge concrete staircasses. In heels. I thought the guys were going to melt in their tuxes. And my friend's dress was filthy for her reception. Not a fun experience.

I was jsut going to take them at Flowerfield...I wanted to do OWG but it soooo far out of the way...plus it will be April...is it really going to make that much of a diff...I saw an06er who took pics at planting fields and they looked awesome so maybe there but honestly Id rather just get to the hall, take the pics and relax for a bit


IDK- I was going to take my epics at Sunken Meadow park- its a beachand a park so i get the best of both worlds...it'll do...
