L&T (Garden City one) or Bloomie (in Roosevelt Field) I've had the most luck in these 2 stores.

I get 9 out of 10 of my dresses at Bloomies.

Century 21 has some nice dresses sometimes.

Century 21's fitting rooms scare me.

i got a dress for my brother's wedding at macy's. very pretty and really cheap.
