Interested in hearing how the shower at the Carltun goes. My mom was thinking about having it either at The garden city country club or Milleridge. I am getting married at Milleridge Cottage so i would rather have it somewhere else.

Mine was at New Hyde Park Inn..food was good, room was huge and we had about 60 people. They have a bridal shower package that includes the wishing well, umbrella, a special punch, the cake etc.My friends sisters was at Peppercorn's in Hicksville, they have a nice private room upstairs and offer packages, food is yummy, we had our rehearsal dinner there too.
PappaRazzi in Westbury has a beautiful seperate room and the food was great, my friends baby shower was there.
Pompei in West Hempstead for a friends bridal shower, food was awesome and the room was very nice.
Another friends shower was at Elisa's in North Bellmore, we had the whole restaurant, about 55 people and it was very reasonable and the food was yummy.

I went to a really nice one at Corbin and Reynolds in Long Beach. I went to one at Runyon's on Hempstead Turnpike in East Meadow also.
Kristen, did you and I go to the same shower for Meghan at Corbin and Reynolds?

A lot of people recommend Jonathan's in garden city park. I am considering Mim's in Roslyn for a brunch shower. I would check both out.....
I second a brunch at Mim's. A friend of mine did that for her engagement party last year and the food and atmosphere were great! Her DJ didn't show up, and the staff were so accomodating that they set up their own music and made sure that it was playing continuously throughout the party.

RE:Where in Nassau County to have a Bridal Shower?
This may come off as strange and I know this post is over 11 years old, but I am looking for a place for my baby shower and was searching google images for room pictures. I stumbled upon your pictures in this post and recognized the room as milleridge. The server in your picture is my husband and this picture was taken about shortly after we started dating. I must have worked your shower, as well because I worked with my husband there for years. It's where we met. Funny how the universe reminds you how and why you're with your hunny.Welcome New Vendors
