Group USA in Secaucus outlets, i think all of their dresses are under $500.

Try the Wedding Center in Commack... Also, I think they sell discontinued dresses for sale prices in the seamstress's building across the parking lot.

Try the Bridal building in Manhattan, 38th and Broadway, go early on Saturday morning and see what they have. I got mine for #300 on the sixth floor.
