Since I'm from Boston, the woman that does my hair normally would be a bit of a commute

I'm having Sarah and Brigid Rock come to my house to do my hair, my bridal party and the moms. They're vendors on here (but I actually found them b/c one of my bridesmaids brothers is dating one of them).

Look them up on here...I think they go by 'Gorgeous Faces'

I can't use my regular hairdresser because I don't have one!!! I go to Super Cuts!!!

This is what happens when a low-maintenance gal decides to be high maintenance for the day - she doesn't have enough in her tool kit! I'm still looking for a hairdresser as well!

I'm going to All For You Day Spa in Holtsville. They are a vendor on here.

i hear yah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i go to lemon tree and although they're good for a quick cut and blow dry i wouldn't trust them to do my wedding hair

My hairdresser is doing mine too! We're all going to the salon on the day of and she will have 2 other girls there with her to do our hair.

I am actually having my regular hair dresser do it. She did my hair for my engagemnet party and it came out perfect. I received so many compliments. This was the 1st time I had her do an up do and it was wonderful. I have a question why does everyone look for someone new to do their wedding day hair? Why no just have your regular hair dresser do a trial. I'm sure it would look good.

I'm not high maintenance and therefore don't have a regular hairdresser. Plus I am getting married on a Sunday. Most salons are not open that day or early enough anyway.

Not to mention I only moved out here a year ago and can count on one hand how many times I have been to a hair salon since.
