my brother was my man of honor. i am closest to him then anyone else and i couldnt think of a better person to be by my side all day. he did a great job !!! i danced to landslide with him and had a video montage in the background. i have it on my review

I haven't figured out who's playing which role, but I have 1 biological sister to whom it is very important to be my 'maid of honor' and 1 adopted sister (biologically, she's my cousin -- but my aunt and uncle adopted me) to whom I am closer and who I would rather have standing right next to me. They are both on tap as Maid and Matron -- and I will figure out who comes down the aisle in what order at some later time period and hope that sister #1 isn't crushed for life or that sister #2 isn't pissed for life.

The rest of my bridal party was going to be just family (my sister-in-law and my 10 year old niece as Jr. Bridesmaid), because I didn't want to draw lines among my friends. I recently decided, however, to add 2 of my college roomies because I just felt like I wanted them up there.

So, now it's a gargantuan 6 people -- 3 sisters, a niece, and 2 friends.

My FH is having a parallel line-up - father as best man, brother, brother in law, 12 year old nephew, and 2 old friends.

As with everything else, I started small and ended up HUGE.

Sigh.
