Don't even think about the housing issue until after the wedding and HM. That will also give evryone time to cool off. Just focus on your beautiful wedding day and let everything else roll off for the time being.

It sounds like your FMIL is being very sensitive. Believe it or not a wedding can be very diffficult for the parents too. It sounds like she depends on your FH for a lot, esp since her husband is sick. I would just ignore it the best you can, be the better person.

I agree! It's probably hard on your FMIL. It stinks that she has to cause such problems. Hang in there because I'm sure that everything will turn out perfect. And what a great FH you have! He went to battle against his mom for you! Hang on to that one!

Perhaps your FMIL is just really frustrated right now, since things are rough with your FFIL's health right now, your FMIl is probably under a lot of stress and worry and is taking it out in the wrong areas. I'm sure things will quiet down before the wedding. Maybe you could have a heart to heart with her? Good luck.
