Any feedback on Waterzooie in Garden City?

Not sure about the Garden City one....but there's one in Rockville Centre across the street from my brother's deli....so you can either go to the restaurant or get sandwiches from my brother

Waterzooie is good but I think a little pricy. DH and I went there for dinner one night with another couple and the bill was close to $300. VIctory is very good next door. Alot of the GC restuants are good you could try...

Gramaldi's
are all on Franklin Ave

On 7th Street
Walk Street is really good and then seventh Street Cafe.

Sole in Oceanside
King Umberto's in Elmont
Snaps in Wantagh

and I loved Josie's in Long Beach but they closed :o(

Charlie Browns Steakhouse - in Garden City .. never been there .. but LOVE the one in Commack.

Houstons @ Roosevelt Field Mall

Waterzooi is fantastic, but it is a little pricey. However if you like mussels you'll love it. They have like 15 different types. My personal favorite is the Homard, it's a huge pot of mussels in a lobster sauce topped with big chunks of lobster it's the best thing ever. One pot is about $29 but they are definitely big enough to share it has like 3 dozen mussels at least. If you got one pot of mussels , split an appetizer, and had a few drinks you would probably pay around $75. But it's worth it!!!
