Thank you so much ladies. I got a few FM's about the process. Here is what I did. Before the wedding you have to put a deposit down and they send you a box to ship the bouquet back to them in. Then the day after the wedding I packed the bouquet up along with Brian's boutonnière and shipped it to them via overnight mail. They called to confirm it was received and to tell me they started the preservation process. When I got back from the HM I called to make an appt to speak to the floral designer. I had my appt one week later via telephone to discuss all the design options and frame and fabric choices. Everything is different prices. There are different frames, fabric, designs, etc. So the price can be anywhere from $200 - over $500 depending on what you get. Then they mailed me a letter to confirm all my choices and sent me the balance. I had my keepsake 6 weeks later. Overall it was a great experience and I am so glad I did it. It is gorgoeus . I've seen some of their keepsakes and they all look superb. I already know that I'm going with them. That is money will spent.
