Glossy or Matte?

I'm in the process of ordering my thank you cards from winkflash. What do you guys think- should the card be matte or glossy?? TIA!

We ordered our pix and thank yous matte with a white border... BUT my mom ordered her prints glossy with the white border and they looked great as well... depends on your own preference!

My preference would be matte. Like Annie said - no fingerprint problems. Plus I personally think it comes across as a better quality when it's matte. JMO.

I always order prints in matte finish, like professional photographers do

I ordered both from Shutterfly, the matte looked faded, the glossy was great! These were cards...

they are cards, not prints

then I stick with glossy, but do what I did and order 1 of each and decide for yourself!

We did glossy but that's because ours were more like a semi gloss & on a black background. Anywhere that there was black on a matte it showed fingerprints b/c it's smooth & not textured like matte print. Don't know it that helps!
