Help - Tall Centerpieces with floating orchid.

If you'd done this type of centerpiece, please post pictures and let me know $$ you paid.

We're trying to save as much as we can. We only need 10 centerpieces.

TIA!!

Re: Help - Tall Centerpieces with floating orchid.

I wanted orchids but the price was insane. But the way I wanted them they would have had to assemble them at RH.
Look at arcadia floral on their web site they have nice orchid centerpiece, the last I looked at them.

Re: Help - Tall Centerpieces with floating orchid.

I had the floating orchid in the centerpieces at my wedding, and it looked great. I don't know how much it cost because DH's godfather is a florist and gave us the flowers at cost price.

Re: Help - Tall Centerpieces with floating orchid.

well its not just about the floating orchid bc honestly to do that they didnt charge extra for it. Its just a small touch the florist did on her own. The price was based on what flowers were used in the rest of the cp. We had calla's, orchids and curly willows and price was based on that alone. After we already picked that as our cp and were given the price, the florist after said she will put orchids inside the vase so that its floating and the price remained the same.

Re: Help - Tall Centerpieces with floating orchid.

I don't want anything else over the vase. I only want the vase with the green orchid floating inside.

Re: Help - Tall Centerpieces with floating orchid.

Hi! I did it and can tell you it wont cost more than $40-50 per vase (if you do it as a rental).

It was very pretty and elegant (AND different!) I felt my hall was very fancy already so I wanted something simple. (Plus I didnt break the bank!)

Here are some pro pics
