Prelude? Processional? Recessional? Music...
Can anyone please explain the to me the difference between the Prelude and the Processional?And what music is everyone using?

This website had some really good info.Basically, the prelude is when your guests are coming in and the processional is when the bridal party is.

Basically, the prelude is when your guests are coming in and the processional is when the bridal party is.
Yep, that's exactly right. Here's my music:
Prelude: Some lighter love songs, i.e. Your Song by Elton John, Ice Cream by Sarah McLaughlan (I told the DJ, he can pick once those 2 are done)
Processional:
Grandparents/parents: The Rose - Bette Midler
BMs: Somewhere Over the Rainbow (Hawaiian version)
me & dad: She's Got A Way - Billy Joel

Oh my god, I love that Hawaiian version! I had completely not thought of it, but what a great idea!
I’ve also been playing with Regina Spektor’s cover of the Beatle’s “Real Love” for the processional.
I also really like Air's 'Once Upon a Time' and might use it for the prelude.

lol i honestly have no idea what the trio was playing as my guests were coming into the Church...i hear it was nice though! i got lots of compliments on them!!
