does any one know of any rental halls in nassau?

we are on a tight budget so we are having the ceremony in valley stream and we are looking for a hall we can rent out and redecorate ourselves. we dont need any food or anything we just need to rent the space

any suggestions?

the knights of columbus in oceanside, maybe the vfw hall in valley stream

eta: there is also a hall in lynbrook on franklin ave or hempstead ave.

vfw stands for veterans of foreign wars. i have never been inside.

you can also try Leeds Pond Preserve, Womens Club of Great neck, Japaneese Stroll Gardens, Baileys Arboretum (which is gorgeous)

I'm having my eparty at fireman's pavillion in lindenhurst and there's also a place hibernia in babylon.....

Try the Elks lodge on Hempstead Ave in Lynbrook, they have a great space there

I know that this is an inexpensive place that is a catering hall but not sure if she'd just rent the space- try the Imperial Room in Inwood. I had my bridal shower there and everything was fabulous!

Check out Son's of Italy in Deer Park-Constantino Brumidi Lodge. It's not Nassau...but close to the nassau, suffolk border. My parents had our e-party there and it's a very big room, huge dance floor and the food was deliciou, and I don't think the price was bad at all. It was nice at the time, just needed a few updates, but supposedly they were renovating last winter. It should be brand new now.

ETA: Just saw that you don't need food. Not sure if you can bring in outside food there, but worth checking out.

There's a really nice knights of columbus hall in new hyde park on marcus ave.... I was there for a few parties before.... check it out.
